Challenge November – Let’s Get Active
We are finally out of lock-down, the weather is getting warmer, and now is a great time to get active and healthy!
Join us this November getting physically and mentally fit and raise funds for men’s health through one of our Challenge November Initiatives.
Challenge November – Get Fit with Kouta
Get Fit with Kouta – During November Kouta and some special guests will be taking an E.J. Squad through some fitness and X-Training sessions. A video of the session will be posted on our website on the Monday of each week throughout November.
Just click on the link to get yourself fit and donate to support men’s health this November or support the E.J. Squad by following their fitness and fundraising efforts!
Join in the E.J. Squad’s first session with Kouta while still in Isolation in the video below!
Challenge November – Get active with the Kids
Kick with the Kids
We have been under some strict lock-down laws to fight COVID-19! But with restrictions easing, now is the time to get active!
Most kids have missed out on community sport for the year so why not get outside with the kids for a kick in the park, a run, ride, swim or any healthy activity with your kids for 30 minutes each day in November. Get active, tell your friends and donate for men’s health
Challenge 3 – Personal Goal
Choose your own Challenge – Set yourself a physical challenge for November. Walk, run, swim, ride or even climb and ask family, friends and colleagues to sponsor you. Ambassador Campbell Brown climbed Africa’s tallest mountain, Mt Kilimanjaro in 2019 and with travel restrictions is training to trek to the summit of Australia’s tallest mountain Mount Kosciusko in November! Find his page and donate to this challenge or start your own and donate to the E.J. Whitten Foundation Challenge November.
